Refund policy

At Love, Alex, we take great care in creating custom photo magnets that are as special as your memories. Because each custom order is uniquely made just for you, we do not accept returns on custom items.

However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right! You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For pre-made, novelty magnets, we do accept returns if they are in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a small restocking fee will apply.
